At Funmaze, your satisfaction is our priority! We understand that there may be occasions when you need to request a return or replacement. Please read the policy below for details on cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation Policy
- 🕒 We don’t offer any cancellations once booked.
- 🚚 Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- ❌ Products that are customized, personalized, or bought during clearance sales are not eligible for cancellation or return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return & Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to help!
- 📦 You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing/WhatsApp +91 9518597156 / funmaze.kiddos@gmail.com, along with your Order ID, a brief description, and a opening video of the issue.
- Unpacking video is required from the start of opening the parcel also showing the top of the parcel wherein name and address is mentioned.
- 360-degree video with no cuts is mandatory.
- In case of any damage or wrong product being delivered kindly contact us in 24 hours with the unpacking video from the start of opening the parcel.
- 🚫 Replacements are only offered for items damaged on arrival, not for damage due to customer misuse or mishandling after delivery.
- 🔄 If the same product is unavailable, you can opt for a full refund or choose a replacement of equal value.
- 📸 Ensure original packaging, tags, and labels are intact—returns without these may be rejected. Similarly they shouldn’t be damaged as well.
- 📬 Please note, reverse pickup is not available. Customers must ship the item back to us using a reliable, trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
- 💳 Refunds are initiated after we receive the returned item and complete a quality check at our warehouse. Kindly allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
- 💰 Refunds are issued via the original payment method In exceptional cases, we may request your bank or UPI details—please ensure accuracy, as we are not responsible for incorrect entries.
- 🚚 Shipping charges are non-refundable, even in cases of delivery delays or non-delivery.
- 📦 If an order is refused at delivery or returned due to customer negligence, a restocking fee of up to 20% and applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. If your order is refused, we will deduct the same courier charges from your refund.

Important Notes
- 💡 While you may have received free shipping, we still incur courier costs. If a return or refusal occurs, those shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
- 📧 Once your refund is approved, we’ll send a confirmation email and initiate the process. In case of any delays, feel free to contact us—we’ll be happy to assist!
- ⚖️ Funmaze reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the policy terms are not met.
