- Currently, we ship only within India.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas.
- Deliveries to remote locations may incur extra charges or extended timelines.
📦 Undeliverable Packages
- If your order is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of purchase, Funmaze is not liable for the delay or failed delivery.
- Any reshipping costs must be borne by the customer.
🛠️ Delivery Issues
We pack every order with care, but in rare cases:
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Email/WhatsApp our support team at with your order ID and clear unboxing of the product as mentioned in our Return/Refund policy.We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- For lost packages, our support team will coordinate with the courier to resolve the matter.
⏳ Delayed Deliveries
